okazz Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and okazz (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with your access to and use of the website located at okazz.net, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, applications, APIs, and any other service made available through the okazz brand.

By accessing the okazz website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside okazz's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and okazz. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional offer's terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

1.1 Amendments to the Terms

okazz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, subject to the requirement that material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice displayed within the account dashboard. Your continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the okazz platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are 18 years of age or older. okazz has zero tolerance for underage gambling and will immediately close any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18, forfeiting any balance held therein in accordance with applicable law.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or close relative of an employee of okazz or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, game providers, or payment processors.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of okazz is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from okazz or had an account closed by okazz for a breach of these Terms.

2.1 Age Verification Process

okazz employs a multi-stage age and identity verification process. During registration, you will be required to confirm your date of birth. Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any other time okazz deems necessary — you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• A valid passport
• A valid driving licence bearing your date of birth and photograph
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (issued within the past three months)

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities and, where okazz has reasonable grounds to suspect misrepresentation, the closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of okazz features — including placing wagers, making deposits and withdrawals, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered player account. Account creation is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account with okazz, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address and mobile phone number registered to you. You must not use false identity information, pseudonyms, or another person's details at any stage of the registration process.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active okazz account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are detected, okazz reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all wagers placed across those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be cancelled without exception.

3.3 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. okazz will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact okazz support immediately at [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat available in your account dashboard.

3.4 Account Currency

All okazz accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposit amounts, wager values, winnings, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values displayed on the platform are denominated in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated. okazz does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

okazz supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; current options are always displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your okazz balance instantly upon successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider. okazz is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• okazz does not charge a fee for deposits made via supported Bangladeshi payment methods. Third-party fees charged by your bank or mobile money provider are outside okazz's control and are your responsibility.
• All funds deposited into your okazz account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity and age verification. okazz targets a processing time of under two hours for bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts, measured from the point of okazz's internal approval. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the verified identity on your okazz account. okazz will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• okazz reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements (see Section 5) before they may be withdrawn.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

okazz operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any account and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering or other financial crimes will be immediately suspended and reported accordingly.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

okazz offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, enhanced cricket odds, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are awarded at okazz's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotional offer only once, unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and carry no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• okazz reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus is being abused, including but not limited to collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of a technical error.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered and displayed in your account's bonus section. Wagering contributions may vary by game type — for example, live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate than slots. Full details of wagering contribution rates are available in the cashier or promotions section of your okazz account.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to cricket tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), Eid, Durga Puja, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and Pohela Boishakh — are subject to their own specific terms and validity periods. These promotions are applied automatically to eligible accounts where stated, or require opt-in via the promotions section of your account dashboard. Seasonal promotions may not be combined with other active bonuses unless explicitly permitted.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your continued use of the okazz platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations and prohibitions.

6.1 You Agree To

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, verification, and any subsequent communications with okazz.
• Use the okazz platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Promptly notify okazz support if you become aware of any error, technical malfunction, or suspected breach of security affecting your account or the platform.
• Comply with all requests for identity and age verification documents within the timeframes specified by okazz.
• Familiarise yourself with and adhere to the specific rules applicable to each game category and sports betting market available on okazz.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating more than one okazz account (whether in your own name or under a false identity).
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripting tools, or any other automated means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a recognised error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering activity with other players or third parties.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Depositing funds originating from a payment account not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward okazz staff, support agents, or other users of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code or underlying systems of the okazz platform.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by okazz

okazz reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict your account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• Your account is being used in breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or unusual activity has been detected on your account.
• Your account is the subject of a law enforcement inquiry, court order, or regulatory request.
• You have failed to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• A chargeback or disputed transaction has been raised in connection with a deposit to your account.

During a period of account suspension, you will not be able to place wagers, make deposits or withdrawals, or access any bonus offers. okazz will notify you of the reason for suspension where legally and practically permissible to do so.

7.2 Closure by okazz

okazz may permanently close your account if a suspension investigation concludes that a material breach of these Terms has occurred, or if we determine that continuing to provide services to you is not possible under applicable law or our internal policies. In the event of closure due to a breach, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited in accordance with the nature of the breach and applicable legal requirements.

7.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your okazz account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Funds held in your account balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to okazz for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period directly through the account dashboard's responsible gaming tools section, or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options range from a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours up to permanent self-exclusion. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okazz, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, game providers, and payment processors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses incurred as a result of wagering or game play on the okazz platform.
• Interruptions or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside okazz's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government actions).
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, game rules, or promotional content.

8.1 Platform Availability

okazz strives to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. During periods of unavailability, open wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or sports betting rules once the platform is restored.

8.2 Game Errors

In the event of a manifest error, technical fault, or misquoted odds affecting any game or sports betting market on okazz — including errors originating from our third-party game providers — okazz reserves the right to void all affected wagers and refund the corresponding stake amounts to the affected players' accounts. okazz will not be liable to pay out winnings that result from a manifest error, regardless of when the error is identified.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless okazz and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use or misuse of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights in connection with your use of okazz.
